Do the paintings look exactly like the pictures on your website? At Premium Arts, we value transparency. All the oil paintings you see on our website are true depictions of the work done by our artists. Our photographers take high resolution photos of the oil paintings in our inventory, then display those pictures on our website. By doing this, our customers can truly judge the quality of what they’re purchasing. Please note that most companies use scanned images of original museum paintings on their websites. You are encouraged to do your research to ensure you get your investment’s worth. Despite the high quality of the images on our site, to truly appreciate the fine detail, colors, and textures, of our paintings, you must see them in person.
Important: Since each oil painting is entirely hand-painted by an individual artist, mild variations in the actual oil painting you receive and the picture on our website are to be expected

We currently have some of the largest hand-painted museum quality oil paintings in the country. We only work with a select amount of talented artists. We also purchase the highest quality of oil paintings directly from the artists who make them. THis enables us to save costs on middlemen, directly benefit artists, and set prices that keep our customers happy.

All of our paintings are hand-painted by our artists, and are never machine reproduced canvas or computer generated copies made to look textured.

Our paints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged. Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.

Premium Arts provides a simple 4-step process to place an order from our inventory of paintings.

You can easily check the status of your order with an order number. Furthermore, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number when your painting ships. Do you ship to a P.O. Box? Currently, we are able to deliver packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. box. Larger items require a street address to ship to.

Even though we’re confident that you’ll fall in love with your purchase, we have a 5-Star Guarantee policy, which means you can return your painting for a full refund beyond the traditional 30 days that almost all businesses offer. We do this because we are committed to your utmost satisfaction.
To get a full refund for a painting you’re not satisfied with, simply follow these steps: 1) Complete the Return Instructions form on the back of the packing ship included with your order. 2) Ship your item back to us in its original packaging.

In the rare case that your package is lost or damaged, you can get a full refund by following these simple steps;: 1) Take a picture of your damaged painting and send it to our customer service department to get a full refund. 2) Complete the Return Instructions form on the back of the packing ship included with your order. 3) Ship your item back to us in its original packaging.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders, personal or business checks and wire transfers. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Safety is a priority at Premium Arts. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on our website that protects your payment information and prevents unauthorized parties from intercepting your data.

We only pre-authorize the financial institution belonging to your card before your order ships. Your funds may be on hold for the amount of that pre-authorization, but your account will only be charged once your order has shipped. Most financial institutions remove the pre-authorization hold 3-5 business days after it is requested. For detailed information on this, please contact your financial institution.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for framed or unframed oil paintings across the country.

We want to make acquiring art a process that people with any budget can enjoy. That’s why we have NO minimum purchase requirement. You can buy as few or as many paintings as you’d like!
